Revamped the trinket recommendations and slightly updated the legendary item ranking. Non-Raid Trinkets Darkmoon Deck: It is quite powerful in low healing situations, and its proc rate seems to be somewhere between procs per minute instead of the 3 procs it says it should have. No changes needed for Patch 7. Raid Trinkets Aggramar's Conviction is very lackluster due to the Strength part being weak defensively, together with a Versatility proc that is at this stage way less powerful than that of Concordance of the Legionfall. Whisper of the Nathrezim is our best legendary in nearly all situations. Tier 21 Set Bonuses for Protection Paladins These set bonuses give you flat-out block chance that is not affected by diminishing returns.

The only thing to really try to avoid are items with Critical Strike. Trinkets for Protection Paladins 2. Non-Raid Trinkets Darkmoon Deck: Immortality is the strongest trinket out there for reliable Physical damage reduction, despite its item level being capped at Writhing Heart of Darkness makes your critical strikes debuff the target to do less damage against you. It has a very high and reliable uptime, although it requires you to deal damage to the target constantly.
It loses strength where you might be running in and out of melee range or swapping targets a lot, but for single target it is very powerful. Unstable Arcanocrystal provides an amazing set of secondary stats and because of it, this is easily one of the strongest trinkets out there; its strength and weakness comes from being passive, but in most cases that ends up working in your favour.
She then looked up at me, smiled wickedly, and said, "I think you had better get out of these young man!". In reality, the government's own research showed that the risk of getting AIDS from one act of heterosexual intercourse was less than the chance of getting hit by lightening.

Great job on that grip screw. It matches not only the overall design and "lines" of the revolver, but it seems to have matched it for "aging" or patina. As is oft said, "the devil is in the details". With something like that grip screw, this is especially true. I suppose you could put a lot of work into the action of that revolver, and perhaps the barrel might not have much wear on it They had a job to make up several thousand short stainless steel set screws of a specialized design.
What made those screw special was there was a slot at either end, and a hole axially through them. The way the slots were to be cut was in a Nichols horizontal production mill with a "screw slotting saw". There was a fixture to hold one screw at a time. It was a piece of flat steel just as thick as the length of one of those set screws. The edge of the plate, where the saw cut entered the plate, was made thicker, and was drilled perpendicular to the saw cut for a "pinch screw".
This let the fixture plate clamp the set screw for the milling operation. Each face of the fixture plate was milled with a relief slot at 90 degrees to the clamping slot. The relief slots were for the slitting saw to run in. The fixture plate was hardened. The fixture plate fit into a fixture block on the Nichols milling machine.
Once this was done, the actual milling was a quick process. On the return of the table, the Nichols mill spindle lifted so the slitting saw cleared the work. The screw slotting saw made a nice job of putting slots in those special set screws.
I never found out what they were for, but they were obviously a part of some mechanism to have the axial hole, critical length, and a slot at each end. I remember running what seemed like an endless heap of set screws through the slotting operation, and it was one of the most boring jobs imaginable. On the other hand, there was more to it than met the eye, and it took a degree of care. In my home shop, I do the occasional screw slot on my Burke horizontal milling machine with a slitting saw.
